With a degree in industrial design from Pratt Institute, Evan turned his focus to home retail. He learned to blend editorial content with ecommerce shopping experiences at Kaufmann Mercantile, a retailer focused on quality, utilitarian home goods. At Kaufmann, Evan gained experience curating assortments, leading creative and photography teams and producing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Evan then joined Rejuvenation, a lighting and hardware company owned by Williams Sonoma Inc. At Rejuvenation, Evan worked as the VP, Creative Director, leading the creative strategy and visual direction for the brand, from concept, through product development, art direction and campaign strategy across web, email, print and retail.

Evan is the co-founder of trend forecasting and creative consultancy Slow Roads.
